|Recommended: YesVery Friendly Staff Feels Like Home — I have lived at The Hub for nearly three years now. The first two years I spent in a townhome, then I ended up moving to another complex due to management issues. This past August I decided to move back to The Hub and give it one last chance. The management, office staff, and maintenance workers have all changed since I first moved away and honestly - they could not have picked a better replacement staff. Everyone is SO friendly, they always listen to any complaints or recommendations from the residents, and they are always very quick to help in any way possible. Daisy my pup and I couldn't be more pleased with living here. Every time we go for a walk, Daisy knows to stop by the office for some love treats from the staff.

|Recommended: YesNice Place For A Good Price — It’s pretty nice, not much of a noise issue and grounds are usually pretty clean. The bus pickup is quite useful.

|Recommended: NoOverall A Nice Complex, But Timely Maintenance Is An Issue — The place is a wonderful place to stay, so long as you don't need to call maintenance. I was missing a kitchen table and had ruined couches and a missing plate that sits in the microwave from the first day I moved in. I must say firstly, though, that my apartment was different than others. From visiting friends, their room seemed much nicer than mine, I suspect this to be a consequence of having a dog, as the fence for the porch is much higher and my friends do not have animals living with them. Now to get back to the issue of maintenance, I put in two work orders to have these remedied, but as of late November upon moving in August have still not seen any progress made to fix these issues. I have confronted the maintenance manager as well, who assured me that he was getting to it, but I have seen no effort. Overall, the complex is nice, if you don't have a pet. However, the lack of maintenance is a real issue that I have trouble seeing past.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Living Experience, Rough Maintenance Response Time — For the price I pay here the living experience is excellent. Though the maintenance response time seems to be longer than it should be every time. They keep the property looking pristine for a place where a bunch of college kids live. Overall it is a good place to live for a student.

|Recommended: NoStandard Place For A College Student — I would tell people that it is a nice place if you are on a budget. I would also let them be aware of the fact that sometimes it takes a while for maintenance to fix problems. This place is not bad but there are some kinks they need to work out. Overall, I really enjoy living here and the price is perfect.
