Maintenance is usually pretty fast to respond. The office people could probably follow through a little more quickly but I understand that difficulties are presented when transitions between owners take place.

My mail and bedroom keys still don't work. Only good thing about this place is the asthetics, but I can get all of that at eagle's south.

Professional and worth the moneysubmitted by David A. - |Recommended: YesYou get what you pay for. It's pretty nice and great rent to boot. As a college kid, it has everything you could need. It would be nice if the appliances were upgraded but other than that not a bad place to live.

Awful and unprofessionalsubmitted by Mary E. - |Recommended: NoThe management is absolutely awful and very unprofessional. We have sent numerous emails complaining about our apartment, and it takes maintenance and management weeks to respond or even notice we have filed a complainant. When we moved in we have multiple fire hazardous and our apartment was unfinished from being remodeled. It took maintenance a couple months to even get light switch plates, fire hazard in our light in the bathroom, so we had to take a shower in the dark, our rent payment changes every month, and 5 months into living at the Hub, our apartment is still unfinished. The management is very unprofessional with texting me at crazy hours of the day, not answering the phone, and not answering questions when asked. When we moved in we did not have a microwave, working refrigerator washing and dryer, and still to this day we have an expired fire extinguisher and a dirty unusable fire place. We also been having a water leak into our kitchen, and it took multiple emails for management to even come take a loot at the leak.

Pool is nice, clubhouse and computer room are very nice, and the gym is small but still decent. Room are shaped weird and the walls are nasty but the renovations are nice and you can make the place look nice if you want too.

Great Location, Not so great Staffsubmitted by Heather T. - |Recommended: YesEvery student housing is going to have its problems, but when the problem is the whole staff, its very annoying. The staff has since be replaced since I moved here and things have gotten so better. The location is great. Being right off campus is nice and can walk to just about anywhere without it being to much of a hassle, or taking the transit isnt bad either. For the price and the location, you cant find anywhere better.

False Advertisingsubmitted by Ciara M. - |Recommended: NoThe Hub is the place to live if you have a very small budget. The location is great and I feel safe here. The maintenance here, though, is pretty terrible. It is apparent that the maintenance staff takes no pride in their work or lack there of. The office staff is nice, however. The hot tub is hot 50 of the time and often has stuff floating in it, but the pool is nice. The paint quality on the walls is the very lowest cheapest they could find. You can simply wipe the wall with a rag to remove a spot and all the paint comes with it and there is paint on almost all the fixtures counters in the bathroom area. There are spots that were hard to reach that they didn't even bother to paint at all. The areas that are not seen like the water heater closet and under the kitchen sink are absolutely disgusting and have not been attended to since what seems like 1970. The walls are extremely thin and every day I hear stomping, singing, my neighbor's violin and an occasional baby crying. Overall, I do not think The Hub accurately advertises themselves and also makes empty promises, like updates . For the reasons above, even though I hate moving again, I chose not to renew my lease.

We are currently upgrading our internet services to better accommodate our residents. This upgrade is causing temporary downtime but we expect this to be completed by July 2nd. We are excited about the changes and we look forward to providing you with faster internet speeds and more connectivity.
