Our premium apartment options are modern, meticulously maintained, and set in a prime location—so when it comes to your college student’s home base, you can rest easy.

  I am new to off-campus housing. Can you tell me a little about it?

You don’t have to live on campus to get the full college experience. Here at The Hub Auburn, we offer affordable student style living that is sure to meet all of your needs with individual leases, a 24-hour fitness facility, a study lounge fully equipped with MAC computers and printers, relaxing resort style pools and cabanas, friendly on-site staff, monthly resident events, and so much more.

  How far is the community from campus?

The Hub Auburn is located near the intersection of Shug Jordan Pkwy and Wire Rd, just 1 mile from Auburn University.

  Do you have to be a student?

No! In fact, The Hub Auburn is conveniently located near 1-85 with easy access to Southern Union State Community College and Tuskegee University.

  Do you have a bus stop and how often does it run?

The Hub Auburn is conveniently located on the Tiger Transit which provides transportation to Auburn University every 10-15 from 7am to 6pm. Taking night classes? The Night Transit provides transportation every 30 minutes from Auburn University to all external Tiger Transit destinations from 5:15pm to 9pm.

  I do not have any roommates in mind. Do you offer roommate matching?

Absolutely! Every student is unique, so during the leasing process we utilize our state-of-the-art roommate matching software that knows just the right questions to ensure the best matches possible.

  What is included in the rent?

Monthly rent includes cable, internet, and pest control. Utilities such as electricity, water, and sewer are setup and billed directly by the providers. All of our apartment homes are equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. We also provide a full-size washer and dryer in each home!

  Do you offer furniture?

Yes, fully furnished apartment homes are available for an additional monthly cost! Furnished units include a full-sized bed, dresser, and desk with chair. Each furnished living room includes a couch, chair, dining room table with chairs, entertainment stand, and coffee table.

  Do you allow pets?

Yes, pets are permitted at our community! All pets must be registered prior to entering the community. There is a one-time Pet Fee of $300 and monthly Pet Rent Fees of $25 due for each animal at the community. There is a 2-pet maximum per apartment. While we do have restrictions against aggressive breeds our community does not limit the weight of animals permitted at the community. Please contact our Management Team for more information.

  What safety measurements are in place?

We want to do everything we can to ensure that you enjoy a comfortable living environment. The Hub has an on-site courtesy officer that is on the property daily. We encourage all of our residents to report any suspicious activity and as always, dial 911 for emergencies.

  How do I pay the rent?

Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. We have an easy online payment system that allows you to pay any time of the day. You never have to worry about late fees if you opt into our automatic withdrawal option. You are also more than welcome to pay by check or money order in the office during regular business hours.

  Can I pay up front?

Yes! You may also pay by semester.

  Do you provide on-site maintenance? How do we report any maintenance related issues?

Yes, we do have on-site maintenance. Our online Resident Portal makes it easy to submit work requests online directly to our office staff. Our maintenance staff is great at quickly responding to our residents’ needs! You will know when your work is completed via email by receiving a satisfaction survey. We love to hear the opinions of our residents so that we can continually improve our services.

  I am ready to live here! What is the first step?

Great! We look forward to having you! We ask that the resident fills out an online application. It only takes 15-20 minutes! If you are signing with a guarantor, they may also complete their portion of the application at the same time. It’s that easy!
